When 58-year old Sally had to leave her job due to illness, she realised that she would no longer be able to keep up the mortgage payments on her three bedroom ex-council home in Newark. Sally realised that she would need to sell the property quickly.

However as the property market continued to slow, Sally knew that the traditional method of using an estate agent was unlikely to work. When a flyer from the Express Estate Agency™ came through her door, she thought she would give them a ring.

He found the Newark property that Sally was selling in an online search. Within two days, Henry had arranged a viewing, and made an offer which was accepted immediately.
