I decided to sell my beloved home of 20 years as I found a unique property to move to that is Grade Two Listed and needed to be converted from a commercial building. Before switching estate agents to Express, I was very happy with the local agent as they were polite and helpful. My only frustration was they were a little traditional and didn’t understand the Internet and only had a very local reach. I was very happy with the service from Express. I found it efficient and responsive and got great service from Nicole who was handling my sale. When the sale was agreed it brought certainty, allowed planning and gave the ability to progress with my new home. In my personal experience Express were efficient which resulted in a sale which went smoothly throughout the process. They had a further reach than my previous local agent and found a buyer from a different area.
