The whole process from start to finish…

The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and organised. Both our sales negotiator and sales progresor were great and kept in touch and always called back if unavailable.
We exchanged contracts fairly quickly and I believe their efficiency helped in this process.

Joanna was great and managed to pull together our house purchase after both our and our Seller's circumstances changed. She returned calls promptly and her colleagues were also very helpful.

After struggling to sell my property on ASPC I tried express estate agency who post your property on a number of different selling sites, rather than just the one.
After a month I had a viewing and sale the next day. Couldn’t be happier.

Great service on the negotiating side

Anderson was the sales negotiator and he was super! From making an offer to it be being accepted, it took no time at all, it was dealt with and wrapped up within the same day.

My apartment was not getting the number and quality of views I hoped for through a High Street agent so I went with Express Estate Agency in the hope of accelerating the process. I was not disappointed - it sold at a fair price within the month. I felt supported throughout and the agent, Shane, definitely negotiated a better price than I could have achieved alone.

I’ve dealt with a different online estate agent previously and my experience was not good at all so when I saw a property I liked, I was initially reluctant to get involved based on this. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. This company were far more professional and competent. The person who has handled our offer so far was brilliant. He really listened to us and negotiated the deal between the two parties in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend and have had my faith in this type of business restored. Thank you.
